DyvoGra is a social enterprise producing books for people with speech, language and communication disabilities and courses on assistive technologies. DyvoGra team develops a system of symbols for the alternative and augmentative communication (AAC) to assist people with speech impairments in social interactions. • Created a profitable enterprise and led business development, optimizing operations in Agile and Lean methodologies to drive growth. • Developed a profitable business model and built a dedicated team of mental health professionals. • Created 40+ assistive products with intuitive designs and symbols for alternative and augmentative communication, closing the gap in provision of assistive technologies in Ukraine.

• Conducted a gap analysis of programs on inclusion, and trained 1500 participants on rights-based approach and disability inclusion data in humanitarian programs. • Led data disaggregation and analysis on disability inclusion, developed a disability-sensitive programming frame, and provided capacity-building on accessibility and assistive technology. • Evaluated disability inclusion indicators and program documents, reported on research data for UNICEF in Kyiv, Ukraine.

• Led a team in policy-writing for the anti-bullying state campaign and organized training for adolescents and professionals in bullying prevention. • Educated professionals and communities on psychological first aid and mental health, facilitating workshops in family therapy for parents. • Presented assistive technologies locally, leading grant projects.

Mercy Corps is an international humanitarian organization. Ukraine's Response is a humanitarian action in an emergency to mitigate the effects of war. As a team member, I supported feedback from communities and the accountability system in the challenging environment of the response to the war in Ukraine. • Analyzed feedback storage processes, identified improvements, and automated hotline workflow to streamline operations. • Led stakeholder workshops to gather requirements, validate business needs, and support user acceptance testing. • Managed communication with Partners and NGOs to implement feedback systems according to Mercy Corps Community Accountability Reporting Mechanism (CARM). • Contributed to Program Quality Assurance by ensuring accountability mechanism in Ukrainian partner NGOs.

Achievements: Conducted 6000+ therapy sessions. Worked out and led 10+training in resilience and stress management during pandemic and war in Ukraine. Created a training in the first psychological aid for volunteers, social workers in war affected regions (Mariupol) within a project run by the United Nations in 2016. In 2021 provided support for business staff of Huawei Ukraine in resilience against pandemic stress. • Worked out intervention standards and training for educators in ADHD, behavioral problems and bullying. • Provided emotional focused family therapy based on standards of ICEEFT. Co-founder of a social community of users and professionals working on standards and practice of AAC in Ukraine. In 2021-2023 led and designed the first courses in assistive technologies for communication in Ukraine. • Led successful crowdfunding campaigns and created free symbol sets for alternative and augmentative communication (AAC) in Ukraine. • Developed AAC standards for the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and symbols for the digital communication platform Dimobi.org.ua. • Established NGO community, led advocacy campaigns, and partnered with state and non-profit organizations.
