Lead the ACAD Team in Vietnam

• Working closely with architectural and design teams to plan and visualize construction projects, be able to understand and interpret architectural drawings, models, and concepts • Presenting and explaining visuals to colleagues and clients • Ensuring all ideas are represented as accurately and attractively as possible • Creating static visualizations, panoramas, and animations for interiors & exteriors. • Working with industry-standard design tools and programs • Visualizing building concepts / Modelling 3D /Rendering in 3D / Edit and retouching the final photo in relevant software advances for visualizer (3Ds Max, Vray rendering, Photoshop) • Keeping up-to-date with relevant software advances to support the 2D team in cases needed for rush projects ( AutoCAD, basic Revit, Sketchup) • Supporting architectural teams to produce visualizations and layouts for presentation. • Keeping up-to-date with relevant software advances (have the basic training with Corona and Escape render)

• Create 3D models based on the 2D structure drawings of timber houses (Australian market) by 3Ds max. •Read and transfer architectural and structural drawings to accurately and reality model & render based on the color temple. • Provide the rendering of the landscape, and exterior base on the planning and follow the accurate facades for each style of house that launched on the website for sale • Other tasks assigned as required Many photos shown on their website were my product.
