-Created a new hire checklist resulting in a streamlined recruiting and hiring process of student employees -Assisted with onboarding, resulting in higher employee engagement and retention -Created job descriptions for on-campus offices and off-campus employers by integrating knowledge of human resources -Evaluated training materials to be used at weekly Career Associate training meetings -Revised students’ resumes and cover letters to enhance the students’ skills and experiences listed
