- Manager of managers leading the Talent Discovery organization, a brand-new global SWAT team of recruiters across India, EMEA and NORAM, supporting technical and non-technical roles to meet fluctuations in global business demand. Team provides full-lifecycle recruiting support, as well as front-of-funnel sourcing uplift for key global openings. Built the team, operating rhythms, and structure from the ground-up, onboarding 8 recruiters and two global leads in <3 months. - Heads global recruiting events function, executing bespoke events for technical and non-technical roles across key recruiting markets for MongoDB (and all continents except Antarctica!)

-Managed team of 8 full-time Cloud staffers and 10 temporary staff members supporting Technical Infrastructure roles across Google Cloud. -Team members provided sourcing support for Site Reliability Engineering, Cloud Software Engineering, Hardware, and Data Center-focused roles across North America.

-Autonomously conceptualized and scoped hybrid, full-cycle recruiter and program manager role to support Googlers on their internal mobility journey into Site Reliability Software and Systems Engineering roles from other technical fields within Google. -Led one of Google's premiere global internal rotational programs, Mission Control, supporting hundreds of Googlers globally to pursue the 6-month immersion program within the SRE organization. -Regularly liaised with Director and VP-level Technical infrastructure leadership and senior HRBPs to ensure programming aligned with org-wide strategy.

-Provided technical sourcing for niche Site Reliability Engineering and Software Engineering roles for Google Cloud. -Supported entry-level to senior leadership hiring, exceeding delivery metrics all quarters.

-Provided account optimization support for high-value SMB Google AdWords advertisers and conducted technical troubleshooting for the Google AdWords, Google Merchant Center, and Google Analytics platforms as product expert.
