Managed the nutrition team at the 5th Asian Indoor & Martial Arts Games in Ashgabat, Turkmenistan. Analysed and conducted nutritional breakdown for 400+ athlete menu items. Identified menu items containing allergens, as per the EU FIC regulations on food labelling.

* Counselling and educating players to enhance on-field performance with relation to nutrition intake * Conducting fluid analysis to ensure appropriate and safe consumption of fluids * Working with food services personnel at team's training base and Game Day hotel to ensure appropriate food options are available.

Conducted a Needs Assessment that focused on parents of young children and pregnant women in Katherine, and where they obtain nutritional information from for their babies and children. Findings and recommendations presented to members of the Katherine community.

* Produced College publications including bi-annual magazine, fortnightly newsletter, * promotional material and annual Year Book. * Responsible for the College Style Guide (branding). * Assisted with the revision and implementation of the College marketing strategy. * Organised College events.

* ATHLETES * Maximising the performance of athletes through optimal nutrition, hydration and suitable supplementation recommendations if required. * Assisting athletes with event preparation (pre-, during- and post-nutrition), nutrition guidance while travelling, mindful eating, goal setting (in relation to diet), cooking and grocery shopping. * Clientele include several Surf Life Savers, a QS surfer, a semi-professional soccer player, INBA Figure competitor and Cross Fit competitors. * Achievements: nutrition coach to a World Champion Surf Life Saver. * COMMUNITY * Conducting individual consultations in the areas of weight loss, allergies and intolerances, healthy eating education and mindful eating. * Additional experience with vegetarian/vegan diets, vegan + pregnancy, post-pregnancy weight loss, and obesity.

* Established the College’s Community Relations Department. * Supervised staff within the Department. * Assisted the College Leadership Team in developing a comprehensive five-year marketing plan. * Responsible for all College advertising, branding, events and publications.

* Completed Plate Waste Audit and smaller side project of patient satisfaction questionnaire. * Data collected from three health care establishments: Gold Coast University Hospital (750 beds), Robina Hospital (360 beds) and Carrara Community Health Centre (63 beds). * Findings and recommendations presented to members of the Food Services and Dietetics Departments.
