A hotel front desk agent represents the first point of contact with guests and handles all stages of a guest's stay. A typical day as a hotel front desk agent, involves registering/booking guests in and out of their rooms, while accommodating any special requests.

* Host * Greeted customers in a timely manner and ensured they were comfortable while waiting. * Answered the phone, put them on hold for a manager or took a message during the busy * day , or set up a party for a later time. * Occasionally ran errands if someone forgot their food. * Arrived at the guest Table in a timely manner. * Had an organized system to keep track of all money, credit cards and coupons. * Occasionally checked back at the table to ensure the guest were comfortable and satisfied. * Cleaned my section along with also helping others in their section. * Had a great attitude when guest or my workmates needed something.

* Create and serve drinks . * Use cash register. * Make sure no one gets to the point of intoxication. * Pour correct amount of alcohol using percent system. * Store and keep notes on beer wine and mixed drinks served. * Handle checks and receipts.
