Providing direct charge and stores ordering service to a nuclear power station during its de-fuelling phase. Additionally responsible for the tendering and re-newal of low value term contracts

I assisted a small project team of Engineers to cleanse the Passport Work Management System data prior to a system upgrade. I also assisted in the management of work order cards during a major plant maintenance outage

Working within the performance and baseline integrity team responsible for: Assuring the integrity of reporting files prior to onward communication to the client Conducting assurance reviews of change control submissions from sites, prior to approval and baseline insertion, Part of the annual Lifetime Plan update submission team, preparing the plans for the upcoming year in terms of ensuring inflation/indexation is applied appropriately, Correct contingency is held as the plan moves to the near term and any embedded efficiencies not dealt with during the ongoing baseline management process are removed from the forward plan values Co-ordinating the production of the Life Time Plan summary document. Managing 10 sites, 4 programmes and multi departments inputs to meet publishing deadlines Undertaking both regular and ad hoc portfolio analysis as required by management
