Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) with a practice area of Civil Project Management and Construction, I’ve built my career leading complex infrastructure projects across Aotearoa — from early planning through to delivery on the ground. I'm currently part of the $200M D&C Waikare Gorge project, shaping the engineering management function to better connect design and construction, and embedding change and risk management as core tools for delivery.I’ve worked on both sides of the fence — client-side and contractor — giving me a well-rounded view of how to balance technical, commercial and stakeholder needs to get the best outcomes. Whether it’s leading value engineering, developing bid strategies, managing complex contracts, or tackling risk and change, I bring a practical, solutions-focused approach to every project I’m part of.I’ve been trusted to turn around underperforming projects, lead teams through high-pressure delivery phases, and co-develop systems that improve visibility and performance.
