In my role as the Indie 100 project manager, I have had the pleasure of coordinating an ambitious event that sees 72 of Brisbane's best artists record 100 songs (ish) in 100 hours at QUT's Gasworks Studios in Newstead. We are currently in the process of organising an official album launch event for early November.

* Client service and care – providing phone assistance and setting up resources and equipment for meetings * Providing executive support to the Business Support Officer, Director and Executive Director - arranging and confirming meetings, organising paperwork, providing IT and administrative support * Organising and managing human resource systems - staff timesheets, leave applications, IT system requests * Reorganising and maintaining the branch’s file-tracking register and eDocs record management database system – searching, creating, and archiving files

* Updating and maintaining offline Foster Carer client database * Issuing and renewing Foster and Kinship Carer discount cards – mail-out of cards and information sheets * Maintaining confidential client and government records in Integrated Client Management System (ICMS) – navigating, accessing and updating electronic database

As the SEED project manager, I am responsible for connecting emerging popular music students with genuine career building and learning experiences, performance opportunities, industry links and significant exposure. Through a strategic partnership between Queensland Conservatorium Griffith University (QCGU) and Griffith Enterprise (GE), each year the Bachelor of Popular Music students’ best songs are compiled into an album and distributed through major online stores. Featured SEED artists then take part in numerous high-profile performance opportunities including a 10-week concert series at QPAC and festivals such as the Bleach Festival, Blues on Broadbeach, Broadbeach Country Music Festival and many more.
