The Delivery team at Cubiq exists to make hiring easier when things don’t fit neatly into a single market or role type. We support our customers with roles outside our consultants’ core niches and step in when teams are scaling fast or tackling larger multi-hire projects. We spend our time building strong candidate relationships and getting hands-on with sourcing for hard-to-find, specialist roles across the deep-tech ecosystem, working with talent across Europe, North America, and beyond. Our experience spans operations, engineering, manufacturing, wet lab environments, and go-to-market and commercial functions, so whether it’s one niche hire or a whole team build, we’re set up to support it. My role involves day to day oversight of our Delivery team, including resource allocation, escalations and performance oversight - making sure that our Delivery team lives up to the extremely high standards we set at Cubiq. I also oversee our Account Management and Talent Performance function

Search by SRG specialised in providing technical & executive search to STEM businesses across the UK, Europe and America. My role was responsible for overseeing highly technical and specialist searches across the life science industries (pharma, biotech, chemicals) and providing our clients the best possible service for executive search. My role specialised in finding candidates within Personalised Medicine (CGT), Immunology, Medical Affairs, Data Sciences, Stats and Clinical Programming, Specialist Engineering, Regulatory Affairs and other niche roles throughout the R&D business. Providing a strategic and consultative service to Scientific Leadership hiring candidates from experienced hire through to Director level. During this time I also acted as a point of contact for Galvani Bioelectronics in the UK and US as well as a large global project of Statistician and Programmer recruitment for GSK. Involved a 6 month secondment to the US Flexible Delivery business (July 2017 - Jan 2018) recruiting into R&D sites across America and specializing in diversity and Affirmative Action Plans.
