Hannah Kirkpatrick

As a Director of New Members, I am in charge of incoming new members of the sorority helping them navigate and become more comfortable into the sorority. This specific position has helped me become more knowledgable with team management and problem solving. Allows me to motivate, delegate, and support new members during their new journey. My position also requires handling challenges and resolving conflicts within the sorority’s new member class.

Developed strong leadership skills by managing photo assignments, collaborating with journalists and editors, and making creative decisions to enhance visual storytelling. Demonstrated project management capabilities through effective planning and organization, while solving problems related to composition and technical challenges.

Executed essential skills such as communication, teamwork, and problem solving in a fast paced environment. This fosters to adaptability, and multi-tasking abilities. Managed financial transactions and ensuring customers satisfaction, which helped build organizational and customer service skills.
