I offer a yoga practice that embodies the cosmic shifts into our poses. After receiving my RYT 200-hour in the fall of 2020 I was seeking a way to inform my personal daily practice. This came in the form of astrological embodiment- the poses and intentions we use are directly in relation to the current positions of the sun and moon. In practice this looks like working with the body systems and elemental influences based on these positions (ex: when the sun is in Leo we work to open the heart chakra and cultivating a fiery breath since Leo rules the heart and is a fire sign). Additionally the classes I offer independently are always all levels and donation based, as I believe yoga should be available to all who seek it's benefits.
