* Conduct a minimum of 2 active and progressive telephonic, written and face to face outreach contacts to potential clients across 3 counties * Utilize internet databases, health record systems, and other resources to determine client eligibility and contact information * Assist client in the enrollment/opt-out process * Review enrollment forms for accuracy and completeness * Carry a case load ranging from 250-500 clients at a time * Maintain full billing for all clients over three counties * Coordinate agency events to promote outreach to eligible clients * Engaging in agency on-call services for emergency situations after regular office hours

* Engage in services for a case load ranging from 7-9 clients * Counsel, support, and aid individuals recovering from mental illness and substance abuse * Assisting residents with individualized goals according to personal, medical, and budgeting needs * Vocational Support Expert: Assist residents with identifying career goals, resume building, job searches, applications, and interview preparation * Maintaining thorough documentation and completing associated administrative tasks * Creating a healing environment that maintains respectful communication and personal boundaries * Providing advocacy for individuals * Coordinating social events to facilitate client to community integration * Create and maintain appointments with clients and health care professionals * Create individualized Service Plans for each client on caseload * Assist clients in acquiring and maintaining state and federal funding

* Providing help with research * Editing research papers for students in a variety of different philosophy classes * Assisting with recruiting and vetting potential Teaching Fellows for the department * Coordinating department events to promote Teaching Fellow program to campus community
