With over 10 years in the care sector, I began my career as a Care Assistant and have progressed through roles including Senior Carer, Deputy Manager, and Care Manager. I later became Home Manager at a newly commissioned residential home, achieving my first CQC registration and leading the service to a Good rating in its first inspection since opening.I am currently the Registered Home Manager at Droitwich Mews, where I focus on staff development, coaching, and maintaining high standards of care. I lead and support a team of up to 80 staff, ensuring quality care and strong safeguarding practices for 70 residents. In January 2025, we achieved a Good rating in our first CQC inspection.I’m passionate about developing teams, driving quality improvement, and creating environments where residents receive safe, compassionate, and person-centred care.
