I have been in leadership roles within Thermo Fisher for more than 8.5 years overseeing a Southeast Asia remit and China currently. In my leadership career thus far, I still find myself gravitating towards the most valuable piece of advice I’ve had ‘listen, and listen and then listen again. Stay open to ideas.’ This piece of advice has served me well on many occasions as a leader. I am a seasoned executive within the life science, electronics and renewable energies industries and i am passionate about business growth/development, ethics and talent development.
