Customer service and efficiency Served 30-50 customers per 8-hour shift (08:00-16:00), ensuring accuracy and speed during peak hours. Managed cash and digital transactions as a cashier, maintaining high precision in daily financial reports. Adapted service style by reading customer behavior and adjusting communication for different groups (families, children, office workers). 2. Organizational observation Applied academic knowledge (organizational behavior, management principles) to observe how shift managers motivate staff, manage conflicts, and enforce discipline.
