- Deliver and assess a wide range of courses within Industrial Trades and instrumentation programs. - Develop and apply training materials aligned with industry and competency standards. - Evaluate student progress through practical and theoretical assessments. - Provide high-quality, hands-on learning experiences for trainees and students. - Deliver practical demonstrations in instrumentation, automation, and control systems. - Support competency-based training and skill development aligned with industry requirements. - Ensure adherence to safety procedures and laboratory/workshop HSE standards. - Mentor and guide trainees to improve technical and professional skills.

- Supervise production of X-ray inspection machines, improving quality, and cost efficiency. - Use ERP system (Sage 100) to manage BOMs, work orders, and materials. - Define production requirements for new products in collaboration with engineering teams. - Lead prototype and special machine projects, ensuring timely delivery. - Manage contract manufacturers, providing specifications, BOMs, and design requirements. - Ensure product quality through inspection standards, testing, and certification compliance. - Develop supply chain strategies to optimize inventory, ensure material availability, and reduce costs.

- Prepare technical specifications and tender documents for electrical and control systems. - Evaluate offers and support contract negotiations with subcontractors and suppliers. - Review electrical design drawings and participate in design coordination meetings. - Perform PLC programming and process visualization using Siemens TIA Portal (STEP 7). - Prepare risk assessments for electrical and control activities. - Compile complete plant documentation for control systems and electrical design. - Supervise and manage electrical subcontractors. - Oversee electrical construction, site supervision, testing, and commissioning activities. - Ensure updated reporting of innovative solutions to department leadership.

- Commission ABB 800xA DCS automation systems in industrial plants. - Provide training, service, and maintenance for ABB 800xA DCS systems. - Perform engineering and configuration of ABB 800xA DCS systems. - Calibrate and modify instrumentation systems. - Prepare technical documentation and reports. - Supervise and monitor field erection activities. - Test and verify communication of package units (ABB MCC, Siemens PLC).

Technical Work: Operation, Engineering & Maintenance of Automation and Instrumentation Systems - ABB 800xA V4.2 with AC800M SCADA system (5000 points). - Allen Bradley ControlLogix systems. - Siemens S7-200 / S7-300 / S7-400 PLC systems. - Modicon Quantum PLC systems. - Electrical systems including panels, VSDs, and motor drives. - Process analyzers: H2S, O₂, pH, ORP, LDO, sulfur, TSS, CH₄ biogas, and others. - Flow measurement systems: magnetic, thermal mass, and ultrasonic flow meters. - Field instrumentation: temperature, level, and pressure transmitters. - Chlorination systems: operation and maintenance. Managerial Work: - Oversee preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance, along with projects and trainings. - Contribute to monthly maintenance reporting and performance analysis. - Coordinate with maintenance and operations teams to maximize plant uptime. - Ensure optimal inventory of automation and instrumentation spare parts. - Liaise with manufacturers and vendors for PRs, quotations, warranties, and contracts. - Provide leadership, motivation, and technical support to technicians. - Participate in budget planning and preparation. - Ensure achievement of KPIs and performance targets. - Maintain technical documentation, manuals, software records, and renewal planning. - Enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies.

- Participates In Preparing Monthly Reports. - Ensures Appropriate Inventory of Automation Spare Parts. - Interacts With Manufacturers and Vendors for PRs, Quotes, Warranty and Contracts. - Provides Direction, Motivation & Technical Support for the Technicians. - Participates In Budget Preparation. - Responsible To Achieve Targets by Indicators. - Enforces Company Policies for Health and Safety.
