- Comprehend the operation of importing medical devices, pharmaceutical products and spare parts. - Place orders to manufactuters or distributors in Malaysia and Singapore based on monthly and quarterly purchasing plans. - Work with manufacturers, distributors, forwarders and internal commercial teams in order to issue, examine the accuracy of invoices, packing lists, B/Ls or HABLs, COs, COAs of shipments, and adjust if needed. - Collect required documents for the customs clearance process. Examine the accuracy of the customs clearance form. - Follow up orders and solve problems arising to ensure that goods arrive at the warehouses in Vietnam on time, with the correct types and quantity of goods. - Inspect the quality of goods received. Raise DCAR and send to suppliers if there are damaged goods. - Manage purchase orders, inventory and shipments using ERP system for efficient work. - Other ad-hoc tasks such as following shipping and customs clearance documents, prepare and provide product-related documents for customers, e.t.c.
