May 2020 – Feb 2026: Budget & Cost Management - Build initial Budget model, ongoing Cost Management model for MEP Projects - Coordinate with project managers and team leaders in building initial budget for each new project - Calculate desired profit margin for each new project - Coordinate with all divisions involving in management of actual cost in align with approved budget to achieve the desired profit margin goal 2. Feb 2019 – Feb 2026: Data Analysis & Reporting - Collect data from Tender, Project Management, Purchasing, Subcontracting & Accounting Division - Clean, transform the above data & build data models for analysis & reporting - Make reports on projects’ profit margin, revenue, budget & expenses, cashflow... - Assist Deputy Director on forecasting monthly and annual business outlook - Make other reports for Budget & Contract Management Division especially in Due Diligence Process of M&A Transaction between Yurtec Corporation (Japan) & Sigma Engineering 3. Feb 2019 – Feb 2026: Inventory Management - Establish inventory record framework for new project - Build material list system - Train project’s personnels on inventory management framework - Consolidate all projects’ inventory information 4. Oct 2015 – Feb 2026: Procurement for Maintenance & Services Division - Look for new suppliers & manage supplier list - Ask for quotation & make comparison - Negotiate with suppliers on price and commercial articles - Manage the purchasing cost in align with approved budget for each M&S job - Make purchasing orders & contracts, follow up the delivery process - Check & confirm the payment request from suppliers - Maintain PO/Contracts & payment document system 5. Oct 2015 – Feb 2019: Subcontractor Management - Input labor price & build labor budget for MEP projects - Make labor contracts in align with the approved budget - Check & confirm interim payment & liquidation with subcontractor - Keep records of labor cost for each projects & for the whole company

- Manage workforce's overall problems including: + Recruit new workers and officers + Keep track of current workers' place of work and other discipline issues + Prepare on-going labor contracts + Deal with terminated employees - Check timesheet and calculate monthly salary for all employees (500 to 700 people) - Prepare monthly reports in conjunction with Social Insurance issues - Write articles on Company's website (sme.net.vn) - Manage HR/ Admin documents - Solve other HR related problems - Handle other daily admin tasks Other: Act as secretary of SME Labor Union
