Product Development: Collaborate with customers and factories on new product development and sample processes. Negotiate price to get the most competitive price for customer. Order handling: Co-ordinate with team and factories to ensure smooth order processing. Provide customers with weekly updates on all orders from China, India, Vietnam. Coordinate with QC teams and factories for quality issues and claim settlements. Sourcing: Analyze customer product requirements to develop and implement effective sourcing strategies. Look for new suppliers, new products to expand offerings to customers. Product categories: Indoor - Outdoor furniture, Home Decor ,... Compliance: Ensure all products meet customer testing requirements including EUDR, FSC, etc. Vendor Management: Build and maintain strong business relationships with suppliers and manufacturers.

Collaborate with the buyer, product development, and quality teams to manage OEM/ODM product development with both existing and new suppliers. Plan and implement buying trips with buyers. Organize workshops to present new samples during sourcing trips. Gather new product briefs and work proactively with suppliers to provide quotations on time and price comparisons to the buying team. Conduct price negotiation. Identify and onboard new potential vendors of Outdoor furniture, exploring additional product opportunities to drive business growth. Serve as the key contact between internal teams and suppliers to ensure effective communication of product development, pricing, sample order statuses, delivery plan,... Collaborate with QA teams to approve sealed samples, claim settlement. Manage relationships with suppliers and factories.

Product Development: Closely work with customers and PM team to drive new product development/new material colors that align with customer specifications, ensure efficient sample processes. Collaborate with TD and test centers to ensure all products meet customer protocols. Order Management: Closely coordinate with all departments to manage the order from product development to shipments. After-Sales Service: Coordinate with QA, production, and logistics teams to address and resolve customer claims efficiently. Stock Control: Ensure stock availability can meet all customer’s requested shipping date as premium brand of the company by proposing pre-order plan, swift production plan, making weekly stock report for sales force. Team Management: Responsible for team member management, monitoring and coaching subordinates to improve their capability, providing on-job business training to subordinates, and evaluating subordinate's performance
