1.To manage and ensure a safe and efficient airport operation, in order that HU image, reputation and Customer Service levels are maintained and enhanced to the highest standards. Provide a high service to the passenger’s and give a great image for the airline and the airport. 2.To achieve Ground Handling performance targets as set by Airport Services such as flight punctuality, check-in standards and baggage delivery times in order that HU remains competitive at all times. Coordinate with airport staff daily flight schedule. 3.Ensuring that all Agents and other suppliers are fully briefed regarding the airline requirements to serve the passengers in a timely and efficient manner so that the service handling proceeds smoothly and HU passenger’s expectations will be met. 4.To manager employees through a combination of guidance, training, support, motivation and delegation with successful monitoring and promotion of teamwork in order to further staff development. 5.To monitor GHA quality survey and update Airline operation procedures. Attend GHA monthly meeting and raise the guidelines if any complain

-Provide a high service to the passenger’s and give a great image for the airline and the airport. -Receive and answer walk in passenger’s enquiries. -Coordinate with airport staff daily flight schedule. -Handling passengers complains and reported to the shift supervisor. -Handling VIP passengers and provide the excellent service. -Develop available resources in order to satisfy the airline passengers and meet all requirements during each duty period. -Ensuring that all Agents and other suppliers are fully briefed regarding the airline requirements to serve the passengers in a timely and efficient manner so that the service handling proceeds smoothly and Emirates passenger’s expectations will be met. -Dealing with problems arising such as delays, disruptions, excess baggage or denied boarding within the guidelines provided by the Airport Services manager in order to retain customer confidence and loyalty, -Attend duties directed by the Airport services Manager or senior Airport Official on duty; like assist with Immigration Fines (where appropriate).in order to meet the needs of the operation. -Deal with crew bills, disruption hotel bills and various ground handling charge bills.

Worked in check-in, boarding gate, transfer desk and revenue office in Dubai international airport. Familiar with airport operation and procedures as per EK standard.
