- Be the key contact person for suppliers for order management - Process, keep track & manage delivery performance of SMS Order, SMU, Inline and leftover orders. - Keep track of current material stock and left-over stock at the suppliers and create transparency in the organization - Manage the surcharge of material for each OTB (Order round) to utilize the costing more efficiently - Coordinate with material management team about material issues, material delivery & greige booking... - Maintaining suppliers and item master data in ERP system and other relevant tools to guarantee all steps on ERP run smoothly

- Sourcing & develop material based on customer demand. Monitor Proto/SMS/Fit/PPS/TOP samples and ensure samples submit in good quality & on time. - Negotiate & making costing comparison with factories to achieve customer target price. Reserve capacity with factories for each season based on forecast from customer. - Prebook greige based on forecast, support factory to purchase the material for bulk. - Closely monitor production status: Material synchronize, cutting/sewing plan, daily output/weekly output. - Foresee the bottle neck in production, and coordinate with respective department to solve the issue in production in order to eliminate or minimize potential risk to delivery. - Communicate with customer for all issued related to production: delivery, quality. - Collaborate with other departments to support regarding shipping, compliance, sustainability.

- Collaborate with buyers, factories, suppliers from original design till Preproduction stage such as tech pack, pattern, sourcing material, sample process, comment. - Monitor production status: daily report, cutting/sewing/finishing report. - Follow up with printing, embroidery, washing subcontractor to make sure semi-product enough before inline. - Familiar with label systematic working like barcode sticker, carton sticker. - Support finance to follow up payment when finish contract with subcontractor.
