HANG JIA

Hang Jia (Panda) Executive Chairman DCS Fintech Holding Jia Hang joined DCS Fintech on June 16th, 2025. He believes in the future of Stablecoin Payment, new financial infrastructure based on Block Chain technology and would like to lead DCS to regain the the profitable business and develop the innovative products for future growth. He has based in Singapore since 2018. Before joining DCS, Jia Hang was the Global Head of Payment and Financial Services for Alibaba International Digital Commerce Group. He was leading a team cross multi-countries to support AIDC E-commerce platforms’ growth and success worldwide, including AliExpress, Alibaba.com, Lazada, Daraz, Tmall oversea, Trendyol, Miravia and so on since Sep., 2023. He had also been with Ant Group since 2015, Mr. Jia Hang had played a number of important roles in driving and managing Ant Group’s international operations. He was appointed as the Regional General Manager for Southeast Asia in March 2022. This newly created role extends Ant Group’s ongoing efforts to strengthen its talent and capability building in the region and its commitment to better support individuals and local and regional businesses, especially SMEs to ride the wave of the digital economy. Subsequently, his role has been further extended to include the General Manager for Alipay+ Global Partnerships and the Regional General manager for Europe. His earlier responsibilities in Ant Group include overseeing the global operation of WorldFirst, a leader in international business payments, and leading the payments solution team to support global and regional e-commerce marketplaces. Prior to Ant Group, Mr. Jia Hang had worked for China UnionPay and UnionPay International from 2006 to 2015, as the General Manager of Operations and Chief Representative of America. In this role, he built UnionPay USA in 2009 and was the first General Manager to develop the UnionPay business in the whole America, from Canada to Argentina. Mr. Jia Hang is an industry veteran with more than 20 years of experience in payments and financial technology. He graduated from Tsinghua University (China) with a master’s degree in Computer Science.
