- Responsible for process performance, optimization, and troubleshooting of CDU/VDU/ARU/SRU units -Monitoring key operating parameters, product yields, and energy efficiency -Root cause analysis for unit upsets and process deviations -Supporting safe and stable operation while meeting production and quality targets

Working on following units; nitric acid production, calcium ammonium nitrate production, water preparation, boiler feed water, and ammonia storage

▪ Getting experience with regard to all steps of insulation of rocket engines, coating of engine parts, and production of composite materials ▪ Making a project about cadmium and hexavalent chromium plating − indispensable chemicals of aerospace industry due to high resistance against corrosion ▪ Finding alternative chemicals and methods in terms of environmental and health due to highly toxicity of recent chemicals

▪ Working on production of sodium carbonate and sodium bi carbonate and having solid experience of absorption columns ▪ Observing the whole steps of soda production by using a specific method | Solvey

▪ Comprehending real end-to-end production processes of grey and white cement including importance of occupational health and safety procedures ▪ Making material and energy balances around critical units and understanding working principles of auxiliary units such as turbines, grate coolers, flash dryers
