 Responsible of the preparation of budget comparable financial management reports on a monthly basis.  Evaluate financial / operational impacts of changes on targets and propose actions proactively, initiate saving, process improvement projects to achieve targets.  Responsible of the preparation of budgets, business plans, strategic plans.  Support and participate various business projects.  Responsible of developing cost transparency & driving productivity initiatives as well as monitoring of actual expenses.  Analyze and report differences between projected and realized value creation through Capital Investment projects,  Calculate cost of new products in line with Novartis controlling manual and perform financial feasibility studies  Prepare price offers with coordinating all related parties

 Preparing reports to Executive Committee, Board of Directors and third parties consist of financial analysis and business performance,  Following up Group companies’ financial and operational activities periodically,  Preparing standards and assumptions to be used in business plans, budgets and financial analysis,  Consolidating Group results according to IFRS.

In accordance with the company characteristics.  Took responsibility in a project, SAP-SEM Business Warehouse, as a key user in BPS (Budget Planning and Simulation) and CPM (Corporate Performance Monitor) module. Training, improving and maintenance of the module after implementation.  Responsible of the preparation and reporting of the department & company scorecards  Responsible of administering the Hyperion system for consolidation purposes.
