Entered to SoftBank on April 1st 2024. (After graduation) I’m an employee of SoftBank, but currently I am seconded to BBIX Inc, where I work as an international roaming coordinator.

Upon joining SoftBank, I was seconded to BBIX, where I spearheaded the launch of the International Roaming Department from the ground up. As team leader, I have led negotiations with 100+ carriers globally, steadily expanding roaming coverage across the world.

A member of the mobile team, customer support section. Customer support for foreign people who come to Japan and need internet service. Give each of them the best service and solution in-store and by email and calls. Training other internship students and part-time workers as an internship leader.

Organizing, bookkeeping, and sorting many documents about properties and taxes.

Selling Japanese products. Explaining products in English to foreign people. Maintaining a clean store.

Worked as a seasonal sales staff at the store in Richmond. Sold products for many people and provided nice service for each customer. Solved issues in English and Japanese and used translating apps for some foreigners.

Maintained customer satisfaction with quick and professional handling of product returns. Addressed customer needs and made product recommendations to increase sales. Operated cash register for cash, check, and credit card transactions with excellent accuracy levels. Performed food preparation responsibilities to meet franchise standards for quantities, speed, and packaging.
