Worked on the New Business team at Initiative. Worked with a small team under severe time pressure to design and develop an advertising campaign for an international client which we pitched to “Initiative” senior leadership managing the account as well as senior client leadership. Researched various industries, compiled manuals, created dossiers for a variety of pitches to new potential clients. Was responsible for all logistics, scheduling and material compilation to support and prepare senior leadership for the agency’s largest global pitch.

Created and presented a market analysis of the Appliance Service Business and provided recommendations to improve PSE&G's WorryFree Service. Analyzed daily telemarketing contract sales and observed trends. Listened to and analyzed WorryFree contract cancellation calls. Aided in the creation of a WorryFree Customer Survey.

Worked in a 5 person team to market and create the "Rate My Visit" campaign to inform recruits about college athletic overnight visits by presenting collected data on the LRT Website. Conducted surveys and polls for current and prospective college athletes to gather information about recruiting process, wrote blog posts to provide greater transparency and information to recruits, increased network of followers by running company Twitter handle and created banners for Facebook promoting live events.

Analyzed purchase and change orders, created and analyzed Excel charts to show Workforce Allocation costs, and confirmed accruals. Contributed to a reference manual on Scorecard Milestones.

Focused on web-site development and marketing with the ultimate goal of widening the target market to increase sales by using web applications and social media. Tasks included strategically organizing clothing collections, updating store merchandise on boutique website, and researching and identifying potential partners for greater brand outreach. Also assisted with photoshoots by selecting outfits, arranging clothing and preparing models.

Coached field hockey to girls in grades 1-5. Taught them skills, basic rules, led games and drills, and refereed scrimmages.

Assisted the owner with day-to-day bakery operations. Organized and ran children's party events which included party setup, leading events such as pizza baking and making/decorating baked goods, and kitchen cleanup.
