Current Project: Qiddiya City (Giga-Project) Previous Project: The Red Sea Project (Giga-Project) Currently spearheading QA/QC inspection and compliance operations for specialized façade and civil works at Qiddiya City. I bring a high level of technical authority to this role, leveraging my previous experience as a Red Sea Global (RSG) Approved Engineer. Key Responsibilities & Achievements: • Technical Inspections: Oversight of high-end façade installations, including Curtain Walls, Skylights, ACP Cladding, and Stone Works, ensuring zero-defect delivery. • Giga-Project Excellence: Applying rigorous quality benchmarks established during my tenure at the Red Sea Project to meet the stringent technical specifications of the Qiddiya Investment Company (QIC). • Quality Documentation: Managing the full lifecycle of ITPs (Inspection Test Plans), RFI closures, and Material Submittals (MAR) in full compliance with Saudi Building Codes (SBC). • Red Sea Global (RSG) Approved: Previously vetted and approved by RSG, demonstrating a proven ability to maintain international sustainability and construction quality standards. • Stakeholder Liaison: Coordinating effectively between site execution teams, consultants, and developers to ensure project milestones are met with total quality assurance.

Implemented and monitored Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) procedures in compliance with Red Sea Global and Tiejun’s project specifications, ITPs, and international standards. Prepared, reviewed, and submitted Work Inspection Requests (WIRs), Material Inspection Requests (MIRs), and Inspection Test Plans (ITPs) via Aconex for client/consultant approval. Conducted site inspections for earthworks, land grading, concrete, asphalt, interlock, Excavation, Backfilling, Land Grading and structural works, ensuring conformity with approved drawings and specifications. Coordinated with construction, survey, and testing teams to ensure all field density tests (FDT), compaction, and concrete tests were completed and documented. Ensured that all materials, equipment, and workmanship complied with quality standards and approved submittals. Participated in site quality meetings and prepared NCRs, SOR's, and QA/QC reports for management and client review. Assisted in maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS) documentation, calibration records, and daily inspection logs. Liaised with Red Sea QC representatives for joint inspections and ensured timely closure of comments and observations. Supported the handover documentation process, including as-built drawings, test reports, and inspection records for final client approval. Achievements: Successfully contributed to the completion of multiple key zones within Shura Island under strict quality and environmental standards. Maintained 100% compliance rate in QA/QC inspections approved by Red Sea Global.
