​-Colocation & Vendor Governance: Act as the primary point of contact for colo providers. Manage and audit Service Level Agreements (SLAs), review performance metrics, and drive accountability for infrastructure service delivery. - ​Infrastructure Operations & Monitoring: Oversee real-time monitoring of power, cooling, and environmental systems. Proactively identify risks and ensure 24/7 availability of critical compute environments. ​- Maintenance Strategy: Lead both preventive and corrective maintenance programs. Coordinate with onsite engineering teams and external providers to execute work orders without impacting service availability. ​- Change & Incident Management: Own the Change Management process for facility-level modifications. - Serve as a key member of the Emergency Response Team, leading rapid resolution efforts during incidents and performing root-cause analysis (RCA) to prevent reoccurrence. ​- Cross-Functional Coordination: Serve as the technical bridge between IT operations, facility engineering, and external vendors to streamline project deployments and troubleshooting. - ​Safety & Compliance: Enforce rigorous safety standards and protocols within the data center environment to ensure compliance with local regulations and organizational policies. ​- Procurement & Lifecycle Management: Manage the lifecycle of critical spare parts, overseeing procurement workflows to ensure necessary inventory levels are maintained to support rapid repairs. - ​Reporting: Develop and present regular operational performance reports, tracking KPIs such as PUE (Power Usage Effectiveness), MTTR (Mean Time to Repair), and vendor compliance trends.

- Leading a team of 11 members of diverse backgrounds, managing sub-contractors and vendors, ensuring that all work performed is in accordance with established practices and procedures - Responsible for the operation of and management of both routine and emergency services on a variety of critical systems such as: switchgear, generators, UPS systems, power distribution equipment, chillers, CRAHs etc. - Implementing and using monitoring tools to continuously track the performance and health of Data Center equipment. - Responding to alerts and incidents, taking corrective actions as necessary. - Assisting in maintaining the security of the Data Center, following established protocols and procedures. - Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations related to Data Center operations. - Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment status, and incident reports. - Generating regular reports on equipment performance and maintenance tasks. - Generating reports and analyse data to identify trends and areas for improvement. - Collaborating with external vendors and contractors for equipment servicing, repairs and installations. - Assisting in managing vendor relationships and procurement of necessary parts and supplies. - Monitoring environmental conditions, including temperature and humidity, and take actions to maintain optimal conditions within the Data Center. - Assisting in implementing changes in the Data Center environment, such as equipment upgrades or expansions. - Ensuring changes are executed smoothly with minimal impact on operations. - Be a part of the emergency response team and assist in addressing critical incidents or outages. - Following established disaster recovery and Business Continuity Plans. - Doing Data Center power and cooling capacity planning and reporting. - Keeping track of site assets and managing critical spare parts inventory.

Working in TIER-IV Data center of STC and implementing UPTIME standards to maintain gold TCOS. • Responsible for adhering to and implementing all facility guidelines and procedures related to work. • Responsible for developing all MoPs for all (minor) preventive maintenance activities according to vendors/OEM Operation Manuals. • Responsible for following SOPs and EOPs during preventive and corrective maintenance. • Responsible for executing and filling Work Orders, verifying minor maintenance tasks performed by on site Technicians, and witnessing major maintenance tasks performed by Vendors. • Responsible for verifying isolation, shut down, start-up, emergency shut-down and restoration procedures of all data center facility infrastructure equipment whenever needed. • Responsible for performing daily walk rounds, monitoring Building Management System (BMS), and for clearing all critical and minor alarms on both equipment control panel and BMS workstation. • Responsible for conducting periodic testing on Engine Generators without load, and without utility. • Responsible for switching and managing rotating equipment and maintaining redundancy. • Responsible for responding to unplanned events and emergency scenarios, and for sustaining data center operations. • Responsible for escalating emergency failures and alarms to Facility Maintenance Supervisor and Vendors. • Responsible for maintaining tools calibrated and in good condition. • Responsible for managing spare parts and consumables inventories on site and keeping them up-to- date. • Report any required changes to the executed procedures in the Work Order once completed. • Advise on any enhancement to be made to the current SOPs, EOPs, and MoPs through formal change request. • Responsible for executing any required change to the facility (set point, redundancy rotation, labelling etc)

Worked on TX Sophia and Rise project of Nokia for Zain and Mobily respectively. Implementation and configuration of E-band microwave antennas(0.6m, 0.3m,0.9m) according to LB and MUX plans. Troubleshooting and rectification.

Worked in Riyadh Metro's underground station (4C2) of line 4. Ensuring the quality of lighting , small power, ICT and fire alarm systems according to contractor (SamsungC&T) and consultant (RAMPED) criteria. Satisfying consultant by achieving quality standards.
