QFS Performance: Be Accountable • Managed performance tracking and gap closure across manufacturing sites, ensuring alignment with process standards and global KPIs. Led QFS meetings at local and regional levels with zone. Developed KPI Dashboard. CBU PMO QFS Digital projects: Lead with people • Led the implementation of QFS digital solutions in the CBU, following the global digital roadmap. Successfully launched projects in 2023: LIMS (Labvantage), Veeva Vault PNC, Hermes SRM and audit, and Consumer Voice in Salesforce. • Trained and supported African CBUs on the new Veeva Vault solution for product non-conformity management. Consumer voice: Put the Consumer first. • Managed team, analyzed data insights, set a clear mission, and improved the consumer service experience by contributing to the mindset shift of callcenter and teams. • Managed Storecheck and led the transformation by implementing a new Storecheck’s way of working.

Food Safety compliance: • Manage food safety as internal auditor AIB, FSI, and FSSC 22000 in CBU, DCs, and supplier Audits. • Led the corrective and preventive action and contributed to the continuous improvement journey. • Provided support to sites through incident diagnostics, risk assessment, audits, and specific training. Design and product superiority in the market: • Drive the quality process along the value chain and lead the post launches diagnostics for actions. • Led and followed up on Danoners insights vs new launches and INNO/RENNO through Market Monitoring.

Quality management : - Insure the management of food safety system HARA, quality system management and the optimisation of KPI’s , spoilage, HFI, MAD, OOS%. - Manage continuous improvement projects in site and insure the realisation of the management reviews. - Centralize EHS and OHS in Agadir’s site as a leader ( from 2016 to 2019 ), active member of OHSC. Standards and certification : - Manage of certification project BRC Packaging ( Grade AA) 4 continuous years from 2016 to 2020. - Centralize projects and maintain the migration to ISO 9001-2015 Corporate. - Manage the upgrade of standards according to P&P and costumers specifications. CTS management : - Assisting customers to solve technical issues and following up of customer complaints. - Coordinate between departments to analyse and manage incidents, crisis situation and no conformities. - Reduce customer complaints and making CAPA by reducing no quality costs

Production management : - Manage and supervise different departments ( Production, Maintenance, Quality and Logistics). - Manage production and maintenance operations PMP and CMP. - Classify and evaluate the provider of raw materials and services. QHSE et R&D : - Supervise integrated system certification projects ISO 9001, ISO 22000 and SQMS ( Mc Donald’s ) ( score 89%). - Manage R&D of new products (Sauce pour McDonald’s). Industrialisation et EHS : - Make the automation process plan and insure its implementation ( Twist-Off Caps lines). - Supervise the training of teams to EHS standards.

- Manage BRC Food project, costumer audits and OSHAS 18001 audit. - Insure the management of quality process and batch conformity before export operations. - Manage costumer complaints and Schedule CAPA.
