I lead ERP, analytics, and data automation around Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) in a construction & infrastructure environment. I own cross-department governance, cycle/module rollout, user enablement, and management reporting—ensuring operational transactions become reliable decision-making for projects, procurement, and finance. • Govern end-to-end execution across Procurement, Inventory, Projects, and related finance processes; translate business requirements into controlled workflows, approvals, and operational controls. • Drive standardization and continuous improvement for Procure-to-Pay (PO → Receipt → Invoice), project/activity tagging, and exception handling (late receiving, unmatched invoices, wrong warehouse/project linkage, missing WBS). • Lead adoption and training for Finance, Procurement, Stores, and Project teams; produce SOPs, quick guides, and checklists to reduce posting errors and strengthen auditability. • Build Power BI reporting and semantic models (Power Query, DAX) with reconciliation-first design: WBS Budget vs Commitment vs Actual, vendor spend, PO lifecycle visibility, receiving/invoicing KPIs, and drill-through transparency. • Develop Python/SQL pipelines to consolidate, validate, and model data from ERP and departmental sources; automate quality checks and recurring analysis to improve speed and confidence in reporting. • Produce market intelligence to support estimating by benchmarking material prices from public sources, enabling management visibility on price trends and procurement strategy. Led the end-to-end implementation and technical ownership of Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 in a construction/contracting environment—from initial setup and architecture through go-live, stabilization, and continuous improvement. Over 4 years, progressed from IT operations to AX application ownership and development, ultimately serving as Technical Lead responsible for both AX delivery and the on-prem ERP platform. Role ended Feb 2025. • Led AX 2012 implementation lifecycle: environment design, deployment planning, cutover/go-live, hypercare, and ongoing support. • Translated business requirements into AX solutions and controlled processes with Finance, Procurement, and Operations stakeholders. • Delivered customizations using X++: forms, classes, tables, business logic, validations, batch jobs, and performance-focused enhancements. • Built and maintained reporting/analytics components: SSRS reports and support for Analysis Services (SSAS) where required. • Owned production on-prem infrastructure: AOS cluster administration, SQL Server cluster coordination, monitoring, and performance tuning. • Managed backup/restore and continuity procedures (DR readiness), ensuring system availability and recoverability. • Installed, configured, and maintained AX platform components and dependencies (AOS services, SSRS integration, SSAS/BI components). • Managed virtualized environments (VM operations) and Windows/SQL operational tasks supporting reliability and scalability.
