I am an MBA student in the Department of Pharmaceutical Management at NIPER-Hyderabad, with hands-on experience in Placement Coordination, Competitive Intelligence, Brand Management, and Market Research. As the Placement Coordinator for my department, I actively engage with industry leaders to facilitate internship and placement opportunities for students. I have worked as a Competitive Intelligence Research Analyst at Theratraq (a SAI Med Partners division), where I focused on secondary research in immunology, rheumatology, and meningitis vaccines, contributing to CI landscape development and generating actionable market insights. As a Brand Management Intern at Solderma, I developed a brand plan for Actame C Facewash using STP analysis, conducted market research to identify growth opportunities, and designed CME, influencer marketing, and POS communication strategies. I also created a multi-channel marketing plan with measurable KPIs to support brand expansion. Previously, during my Marketing Internship at CIMS Medica, I conducted primary market research to analyze healthcare trends and strengthen marketing strategies. I also gained sales exposure as a Sales Intern at Patel & Company Druggist & Chemist, where I learned to identify customer pain points to improve retention and enhanced my CRM and problem-solving skills, leading to a 10% revenue growth. In addition, I worked on a project analyzing the impact of 4Ps on paracetamol (PCM) consumer buying behavior, where I surveyed over 200 consumers and identified income, region, and education as key drivers of brand preference.
