my responsibility as rf planning Engineer will be responsible for the planning, design, and optimization of the radio network in a designated geographical area. His role is to maximize the coverage and maintain the best possible performance and highest efficiency of the radio network.

The Assistant Asset Manager is a critical role within our finance and operations structure, responsible for supporting the complete lifecycle management of the company's entire asset portfolio. This goes beyond network infrastructure to include every asset that enables our business. You will ensure the accuracy of our fixed asset register, manage inventory, and support capital projects, playing a key role in financial compliance, cost optimization, and strategic decision-making. 1- Assist in calculating and reporting key financial metrics, including Return on Assets (ROA), asset utilization rates, and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO). 2- Support the budgeting and forecasting processes for capital expenditures and asset-related operational expenses. 3- Help prepare audit schedules and provide supporting documentation for internal and external auditors.

As an RF Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, testing, and implementing Radio Frequency (RF) systems and devices that meet company and customer requirements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including hardware and software engineers to ensure RF systems are integrated into products that meet performance and regulatory requirements. 1-Responsible for the information collection, providing radio planning solutions. 2-Responsible for site scale estimation and site topology design. 3-Responsible for TSSR survey and audit 4-Responsible for Network simulation operation, Familiar with simulation tools such as Atoll, Asset, etc. 5-Responsible for basic network parameter planning, like frequency, Neighbor, PCI and so on.

Installation technicians also clean up their work area and answer questions for their customers.

1-Running regular checks on network and data security 2-Identifying and acting on opportunities to improve and update software and systems 3-Developing and implementing IT policy and best practice guides for the organisation 4-Designing training programs and workshops for staff 5-Conducting regular system audits 6-Running and sharing regular operation system reports with senior staff 7-Overseeing and determining timeframes for major IT projects including system updates, upgrades, migrations and outages 8-Managing and reporting on allocation of IT budget 9-Providing direction for IT team members 10-Identifying opportunities for team training and skills advancement
