Manage flight reservations using Amadeus GDS, including creation, modification, and cancellation of PNRs (Passenger Name Records) Issue, reissue, void, and refund airline tickets in compliance with airline fare rules and policies Provide accurate fare quotations and apply the correct fare basis, taxes, and surcharges Monitor and manage ticketing deadlines (TKTL/TKXL/TKOK), queues, and waitlisted segments Assist clients with itinerary planning, seat selection, special service requests (SSRs), and travel documents Coordinate with airlines and consolidators to resolve booking errors, schedule changes, or ticketing issues Ensure compliance with IATA and airline standards for reservations and ticketing procedures Maintain accurate records of issued tickets and daily sales reports for reconciliation and auditing Provide professional customer service via phone, email, or in person to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty Support corporate and leisure bookings, including group reservations when required
