Establishing and maintaining rigorous incoming inspection procedures for raw materials, including metals, alloys, and coatings, to ensure conformance with quality standards and specifications. Auditing manufacturing processes, equipment, and facilities periodically to identify improvement opportunities and ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements. Collaborating with engineering teams to identify and rectify design flaws, enhancing product reliability. Utilizing testing equipment and instrumentation, including universal testing machines, hardness testers, and environmental chambers, to conduct mechanical, metallurgical, and environmental tests.
