Project: Construction of Facilities for SAIPEM at Zayed Port, Abu Dhabi, UAE Client: ABU DHABI PORTS GROUP • Planning and establishing Baseline schedules. • Developing Manpower Histograms, Progress S-Curves, and Look Ahead schedules • Progress reporting to the Engineer and Consultant on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. • Preparation, submission, follow-up, and updating of Look Ahead schedules. • Preparation of interim and final detailed Extension of Time (EOT) claims. • Preparation of Recovery and Revised Schedules (if required). • Coordination with the consultant, client & subcontractors. Tender Stage: • Review of Tender Documents. • Preparation of Concept Schedule at Tender stage. • Discussion with the Projects Director to finalize the schedule.

Project: Construction of District Cooling Plant at Zabeel-1, Dubai, United Arab Emirates Client: EMPOWER Energy Solutions • Assisting the Planning Manager in the development of Baseline schedules. • Progress reporting to the Client/Engineer and Consultant on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. • Identification of the schedule variance and directing the resources accordingly. • Identification and updating of the required manpower, directing materials and equipment based on a 1-month Look Ahead schedule.

Project: Construction of Residential Villas in Al-Dhaid, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates Client: Sheikh Zayed Housing Program • Monitoring, analyzing, and controlling the projects’ progress on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. • Project progress reporting on a weekly and monthly basis. • Identifying schedule variances and making Revised and Recovery Schedules.

Project: “Establishment of Sub-Campus of University of Engineering & Technology (UET), Peshawar at (Dir Upper) Client: Higher Education Department (HED), Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan. • Structural design of the various buildings in the proposed campus. • Preparation of a detailed PC-I document for approval from the HED. • Conducting various surveys for the feasibility of the project. • Coordination with various government stakeholders for necessary approvals. • Coordination with the client and internal management.
