Responsible for MIS/IT operations across 9-Companies • Established Enterprise IT Policy and compliance mechanism across group companies. • Work closely with departmental managers to determine the maintenance and growth needs of the organization and mapping it with IT. • Implemented Disaster Recovery Solution for Group companies. • Determine the goals of MIS/IT within broad outlines provided by the executive management and contribute to the continuity of computer services by providing necessary technical leadership and project coordination.

• Develop and implemented security related procedures for Group companies. • Responsible for MIS/IT operations, communication across group companies consisting of 600+ users. • Designed and implemented the Enterprise network for Group companies (Voice & Data) within KSA. • Implemented Centralized Help Desk Management system for Group Companies. • Accomplishes information technology staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining dept. employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies and procedures. • Developed Cloud App for Business Applications.

• Maintains surveillance of security threats and the operating effectiveness of implemented IT security measures. • Designed and Implemented HRMS application for Alesayi Group and directly responsible for HR workflow processes. • Manage the overall operational, budgetary, and financial responsibilities and activities of the department.
