Work Experience: - • DEWA (2014 till 2019) o Working in Dubai Electricity and water authority (DEWA) as a Senior Executive Financial Analyst/Admin. • Bee’ah (2020 till present) o Finance Manager for Bee’ah – Energy. Handling all the innovative and upcoming energy projects commercial/Finance aspects. 1) Financial Role:- Financial Reporting • Study the financial information required for departments and top management • Provide suggestions for financial reports formats based on the management requirements to be implemented in SAP system • Study the financial reports extracted from SAP system and discuss any discrepancies with FD and provide interpretation to the Departments and top management • Preparing regular analysis for the financial reports periodically and provide it to Top management and department heads to help in decision-making process. • Implementation of the Budget Review Mechanism and follow up with all concerned Departments in this regard • Providing guidelines to department’s staff regarding how to read the financial reports and give comments on it • Study the cost center expenses reports, focus on the root cause of discrepancies, if any, and provide the coordinating Staffs with guidelines for how to avoid it, in coordination with FD • Link between the key cost elements included in the cost center expenses reports and the cost optimization initiatives • How to calculate the cost of main processes and services for my Division and providing analysis report 2) DGEP Role in DEWA: - • Assist in coordinating TP divisional excellence strategy for continuous improvement of management systems including Road Map to Excellence, Business Excellence Model, DGEP/Dewa Excellence Awards & Recognition Program. 3) Admin Role:- • Assist in Administrative Role in managing and handling responsibilities that are part of admin. Work and resolve any issue that is related to the Division as a whole.
