• Design and verification of deep excavation systems (secant/contiguous piles, soldier piles + struts/anchors/walers) for buildings and infrastructure. • Foundation design for pile caps, tanks, and slabs; bearing capacity & settlement evaluations using field/lab data and calibrated models. • Slope stability analyses for access roads and platforms (LEM/FEM), including sensitivity checks and surcharge scenarios. • Groundwater/dewatering assessments (deep wells, well points, sump systems) and constructability reviews. • Preparation of geotechnical investigation scopes, technical reports, comments resolution sheets (CRS), method statements, ITPs, and authority-ready submissions (ADM, client/consultant). • Close coordination with consultants and contractors on shop drawings, sequencing, and QA/QC/monitoring.

• Piling/shoring design support to execution teams; optimization of lengths/diameters/reinforcement by soil profile and loads. • Test interpretation (pile/plate), monitoring planning (displacement/PPV), and as-built verification.

• Prepare and analyse tender documents for foundation and geotechnical works • Conduct quantity surveying and cost estimation for foundation tasks • Draft technical & financial proposals for various projects • Review and optimize project budgets • Coordinate with site teams and suppliers to meet project requirements.

As a junior geotechnical engineer at Consulting Engineering Office, I am responsible for the following works: 1- Preparing Geotechnical Investigation Reports. 2- Preparing Geotechnical Design Reports. 3- Design of foundations systems “shallow foundation – pile caps – mono piles – piles “. 4- Design of shoring, dewatering and slope stability analysis 5- Propose a suitable type of soil improvement based on the soil condition and project requirements/specifications. 6- Prepare the design of the soil improvement system to fulfil the project specification techniques such as prefabricated vertical drains, vibro compaction, vibro replacement, dynamic compaction, dynamic replacement and rapid impact compaction. 7- Analyze geotechnical findings, perform appropriate calculations and prepare geotechnical reports. 8- Preparing design reports and drawings. 9-Design dewatering systems (deep wells - open sumps - well points). 10-Supervising plate Load Test , pile load Test and Ultra Sonic Tests.
