- Plan, organize and direct all the activities of the cost accounting function - Manage day to day operations of the existing cost accounting function from the management of current rates to monthly close and analysis - Support the Project Cost Team in the development of a standard costing system - Development and maintenance of standard costs - Perform the monthly closing activities including preparation of the cost to operate statement along with supporting analysis - Proactive analysis of variances and communication of issues and opportunities to operations management - Develop metrics and tracking system for major cost drivers - Define policies and procedures for all cost accounting activities

- Coordinate activities involved with procuring materials, such as critical components, parts, and supplies with consideration to price and delivery - Conform to specification requirements, budgets, and deadlines - Discuss defective or unacceptable goods or services with Quality Control personnel vendors, and others to determine the source of trouble and take corrective action.

- Global and strategic sourcing, Quote new and existing materials, re-quote and negotiate on cost reduction opportunities - Support customer's business needs, collaborate with Purchasing and Supply Chain teams to determine the best approach to meet customer's needs - Excess and obsolete management - Conduct supplier audit/visits, certifications and performance reviews, obtain feedback from Material Planners on supplier's delivery, quality and service performance - Create weekly and monthly reports and presentations - Look over processing tasks to meet deadlines

- Design and implement programs to educate clients on various financial services and products - Develop and maintain relationships with clients assist to open new accounts and offer innovative services such as online baking and e-bill payments to ensure the retention of clients - Administer and assist clients to process all formalities required to apply and obtain auto, mortgage, credit cards, and personal loans - Manage existing accounts, review business and update personal and account details of each customer - Provide support to manager and assist in opening and closing procedures and ensure compliance with company rules and regulations. - Participate in lobby management and provide insightful suggestion to improve customer relationship. - Maintain a cordial atmosphere and develop an excellent rapport with staff and customers as required for company profiles. - Analyze, identify and prioritize value creation possibilities at individual account level to expand business levels for the organization. - Gather information from clients and translate all requirements into effective business solutions. - Collaborate with customers to finalize selling and cross-selling of bank products through superior client service. - Manage and monitor the institute’s financial operation to achieve strategic, operational and financial. - Analyze and assist to design business initiatives to minimize risk elements and safeguard the finances of the company. - Develop strategies to implement changes in existing plans and utilize the full potential of company resources. - Manage cross-functional teams to plan and implement business outcomes. - Develop and maintain strategies to define a problem and identify internal and external audiences affected by change for evaluating business transformations.
