• Full cycle recruitment of exempt and nonexempt requisitions throughout the Colorado for the Field and Denver Regional office. • Partner with Hiring Managers, Executives & HR Business Partners to meet and forecast hiring needs and assist HR Business Partners with additional ad-hoc projects. • Identify, recruit and retain qualified candidates to work for the Hertz Corporation while managing the recruitment process and ensuring compliance with government regulations regarding employment. • Work directly with the Business Partners and Operations Management to recommend and implement the appropriate recruitment strategy. • Implement strategies to source qualified and diverse candidates to meet position requirements from internal, external, and/or referral candidate pools. • Conduct phone and first round interview process using behavioral-based interview and assessment techniques. • Maintain close relationship with College Career Advisors. Organize and lead on campus College fairs and on campus interviews. • Experienced utilizing strategic methods to staff difficult to fill vacancies.

• Worked as a part of the 3-person Hoopla team to create and executing flawless small and large events for various Chicago area non-profit organizations. • Was personally responsible for recruiting and organizing all the exhibitors for the 2012 Child Care Business Expo for the Women’s Business Development Center. • Involved in vendor selection, hotel negotiation, onsite management and program implementation for all Hoopla run events.
