This is my own organisation. I run various emotional intelligence and mindfulness courses to all manner of groups. The aim is to reduce stress and vulnerability to negative mental health outcomes, plus to empower individuals to become self actualised. These courses work very well in professional & educational and supportive environments. In general they increase wellbeing by reducing stress and increase the individuals potential to regulate themselves in a more positive way to enhance all areas of life. They are based on interventions I have developed and researched which have all scientifically proven themselves to be highly effective. I also offer personal services such as life coaching and couples coaching, and more nurturing services such as sprititual psychotherapy which is very transformative and energy massage which uses quantum theory and touch to heal and rebalance the physical and subtle bodies.
