Leads recruiting efforts for all available charmer positions with responsibility for the interview process. Makes final decision on all charmer hires Leads in customer service and satisfaction Takes an active role in training and development of employees Establishes effective communication with Associates to ensure they are appropriately informed of all Charming Charlie business initiatives and policies Takes proactive role in establishing and carrying out all company policies including shrinkage control disciplines and programs Assists in distributing work assignments to Associates and ensures store maintenance, safety, cleaning and appearance is up to company standards at all times Successfully address customer complaints and resolves problems Manages the CC Social Program with responsibility for meeting and exceeding revenue and profitability targets set for the Social Program Assists in store promotions and visual merchandising

Assists in recruiting efforts and interviewing process for all charmer available positions. Is a leader in customer service satisfaction and upholds the same standard to all Associates Will take an active role in training and development of Associates Provides prompt support to store management in assisting with store promotions and visual merchandising Takes proactive role in establishing and carrying out all company policies including shrinkage control disciplines and programs Assists in distributing work assignments to Associates and ensures store maintenance, cleaning and appearance is up to company standards at all times Maintains store-level compliance with company standards of safety, security, facility maintenance, postings/notifications and other administrative duties Successfully address customer complaints and resolve problems Assists the GSM and where applicable the Senior Assistant Store Manager in managing the special programs

Deliver a memorable fashion experience delivered through visual excellence, lifestyle outfitting & "Easy to Shop" environment Lead the shipment processing team to process, prep, and push product to the floor in a timely manner Maintain, recover, and replenish sales floor and back stock Assist store management team on other tasks, as needed
