As a systemic designer with a background in architecture, I work to empower diverse individuals and communities to co-create regenerative futures. My approach is guided by compassion, humility, and curiosity, and rooted in the principle that all beings hold unique wisdom that can guide us toward a more just and loving world. I create spaces that enable diverse communities and organizations to reconnect—from the world around us to our own embodied experiences—as a foundation for transformative impact. In close collaboration with transdisciplinary partners, my work focuses on: - Identifying leverage points for systemic change - Surfacing shared values and complementary perspectives - Engaging with a variety of diverse methods and practices from different knowledge domains - Co-experimenting with place-based, culturally responsive strategies for regenerative sustainability Example practices and methods include: - Participatory action research - Outdoor experiential learning - Workshops and community engagement - Systemic design visualization tools - Landscape mapping (GIS) - Social network analysis At the heart of my work is a commitment to weaving together diverse ways of knowing and being to create conditions for collective flourishing.
