Evaluate the business plan for the submitted projects by entrepreneurs. Prepare and update Services Guides for the applicants, in Arabic and English Languages. Register applicants in SME; provide counselling sessions, process applications. Prepare business concept summaries. Evaluate the business plan, and the financials. Team leader for entrepreneurship awareness initiative, planning, implementation and follow up the programs, jointly with different partners. Design and conduct entrepreneurship awareness presentations. Team leader for Amal initiative (supporting people with special needs in Zayed Higher Organization for People with Special Needs and Minority). Planned, prepared the feasibility study and followed-up the implementation of the Acqua-ponic Project (the largest project in the world). Team leader for Al Hassilah Initiative (supporting program for small fishermen in UAE). Lead microcredit program jointly with Zakat Fund - UAE

• Register applicants in SME, provide counselling sessions, process applications. • Prepare business concept summaries. • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports. • Prepare and update Guidelines for Business Concept preparations in two languages Arabic and English Languages. • Contribute in conducting awareness presentations and seminars. • Participate in designing the website of the establishment. • Prepare and update operations manuals for provided services by the establishment. • Design monitoring and evaluation systems.
