• Assigned as Maintenance Engineer to maintain CNC machine uptime for production utilization • Ensure machine uptime is above 95% • Control budget allocation per month under RM150,000 • Troubleshoot basic machine problems • Prepare Daily Machine Under Maintenance report to update latest troubleshoot progress • Utilize software SolidEdge 2021 to create 3D model fabrication • Give daily briefing for technicians for manpower segregation • Liaise with vendor for on-site machine reparation • Create forms, report and any documentations closely related with Microsoft Excel • Participate and exchange ideas in Weekly Improvement Meeting • Start-up continuous improvement projects such as Machine Grading and Spindle Repair • Create proposal for continuous improvement project and presentation with manager • Deal with buyer on items purchasing from quotation, PR, PO • Collaborate and discuss with person-in-charge from various departments to close issues • Approve technician overtime and weekend attendance • Handle machine relocation to shift machine location to another place. • Perform machine commissioning before release to production usage • Prepare for machine shutdown for plant shutdown using the correct procedure • Maintain in-house stock of spare parts and lubricants • Maintain workshop cleanliness and 5S • Enrol in training courses provided by company • Read and understand maintenance manual to troubleshoot machines
