Implementation of an automated Business Intelligence (BI) solution integrating internal and external HR tracking, career path analysis, event budget monitoring, and overall financial oversight. ✔️ Modeled and optimized data architecture using SQL Server for scalable and efficient management of workforce, career paths, and event budget data. ✔️ Automated ETL workflows with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) to ensure seamless extraction, transformation, and loading of HR and financial data from multiple sources. ✔️ Developed multidimensional models with SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS) for advanced OLAP analysis and complex financial reporting. ✔️ Created interactive dashboards enabling stakeholders to monitor HR dynamics, career progression, and event budget expenditures in real time. ✔️ Leveraged Power BI and Power Automate to build dynamic reports and automate workflows, improving data accessibility and operational efficiency. ✔️ Adopted a fully data-driven approach to provide actionable insights for optimizing resource allocation, event planning, and strategic workforce management.

Réalisation de tableaux de bord centralisés pour le suivi de la performance individuelle et globale des équipes de la hotline en France, en Suisse et au Royaume-Uni, ainsi que pour le calcul des primes, en utilisant l’outil Power BI pour garantir une analyse précise et efficace des données.

Création de tableaux de bord pour le suivi des projets avec QlikView , dans le but de surveiller l'état d'avancement et d'évaluer la performance.
