Contract Value: 410 Million $ Consultant JGC (Japanes Gas Company) Title Senior Structural Steel Engineer Duties  Responsible for all engineering activities related to structural steel 25000 ton (material control and follow up, erection schedule coordination, modification works).  Responsible for all engineering activities related to inhouse fabrication for steel miscellaneous items (Civil embedded items, Ele. Contract Value: L.E. 140 Million Consultant PEGSCo. / Bechtel Title Senior Office Engineer (Cost Control –Structural Steel) Duties  Responsible for all activities related to structural steel (2000 ton) contracts, submittals, procurement, engineering, fabrication & erection.  Civil and mechanical coordination between construction team and engineering and fabrication shop.  Preparing civil method statement for the activities related to the installation of embedded items and anchor bolts for equipment (turbines – generators – compressors - boilers … etc)  Integrating planning, budgeting and cost analysis reports to develop a comprehensive overview of performance to date and to determine corrective action.  Study cost reports and monitoring data to check its integrity and accuracy, actual performance versus budget, and timeliness, making recommendations to project management.

Project Sports Hall - Khalifa Sports City ,Doha ,Qatar. Contract Value: $ 160 Million Title Structural Engineer Duties  Prepare concrete shop drawings formwork and reinforcement.  Check and modify the structural system in order to accommodate the Architect and Electro-mechanical variation.  Architectural and E/M coordination to release any contradiction prior the issuance of the shop drawings.

Contract Value: L.E. 109 Million Consultant PEGSCo. / Bechtel Title Structural Engineer Duties  Technical coordination between civil works and mechanical contractors for turbines (MITSUBISHI & HITACHI).  Coordination for steel structure (2100 ton) engineering, fabrication & erection.  Prepare material and engineering submittals & RFI’s related to steel structure.  Coordination for fabrication & erection of Gantry Cranes 120/20 & 20/5 Ton.  Design all temporary structure that serving the construction procedure. (Anchor Bolts & Embedded Parts Templates).  Discuss problems with the project consultant (PGESCo-Bechtel) for clarification.

Project Golden Pyramids Project (City Stars) , Cairo, Egypt. Joint Venture Project with ORASCOM – Egypt being the Joint Venture Partner. Contract Value: US$ 380 Million.The scope of work covers:  Five & four star hotels and Residential/Office towers and Underground Parking.  Shopping Center, including Cinemas, Bowling Center, Ice Skating Ring.  Medical Center & Health Club, including Gymnasuim & Swimming Pools. Title Structural Engineer (in the structural advisor team) Duties  Redesign for many areas and prepare their modified design drawings.  Check the designs and structure safety for any additional loads or architect & electromechanical requirements.  Prepare drawing field change according to site condition or designer requirements.  Prepare remedial works method statements for some areas that need to be strengthen due to change of structure use or to demolish and reconstruct according to design changes.  Design all temporary structure that serving the construction procedures.  Discuss the problems with the consultant (Mohram Bakhoum) for clarification.
