• Responsible for day to day operations of the Houston services district. Manage schedule for 20 field service representative and ensuring proper execution of all projects. • Responsible for ensuring that all quotes and turn over packages from the service sales team contain all required data. Also verify that estimates meet actual proposed work and that scopes are defined in order to properly execute the order. • By using my 16 years of field service experience I am able to advise and assist our local team with all safety issues and questions that may arise. • As the SOS for Houston Services I continuously work with the SLM to develop our field service reps, by identifying training gaps and recognizing individuals that exceed expectations. Currently I am working to standardize the way FDC notes are entered and maintained. • I have been leading the healthcare Services initiative in Houston to increase our sales and visibility in the medical center. Since my start at Schneider electric I have been able to increase our sales and gather annual contracts and repeat customer with 100% satisfaction rate. • Project management and lead FSR on multiple start ups and large projects including: MD Anderson, Hermann Hospital, Baylor College of Medicine and hurricane Ike relief at Exxon Mobile Beaumont. • Created and implemented new processes in order allow for more efficient project tracking. This also reduced paper waste by %90.
