-Manage and monitor all inbound and outbound operations for an average of 50 customers. -Lead a team of 8 logistics professionals. -Negotiate supplier contracts for services, ensuring competitive pricing and compliance with agreed terms. -Coordinate with warehouse and customs departments to ensure a seamless logistics chain. -Develop and design a new business model covering the entire process from shipping to final door delivery. -Provide quotations for sea and air freight, as well as multimodal transport solutions (rail, barge, road). -Prepare RFPs, RFQs, scope of tender documents, tariff structures, and perform sales data analysis. -Conduct cost simulations, offer competitive rates, and negotiate pricing with vendors and carriers. -Lead and support projects to optimize the European logistics network strategy (e.g., multimodal solutions, cross-docking, customer-specific requirements, and business process implementation).

-Handle daily operations with a focus on air import and export, including high-value cargo. -Establish business operations for non-EU company setup in Europe. -Negotiate air freight rates with airlines to optimize and reduce transportation costs. -Prepare KPI reports and implement process improvements. -Ensure timely delivery to end customers. -Serve as a key user for Pantos’ new systems (WMS, TMS, SAP), conducting trial-and-error testing to support implementation.
